FAQ:

– Check in: Campers and tents: Between 13:00 – 21:00. Cabins: Check in is available from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, please contact us and we will do our utmost for you to access the cabin as soon as it has been cleaned and ready.

– Check out: You have the cabin until 11:00 on the day of departure. If you want to check out later, please contact us. Please note that there is an extra charge at late check out, which varies by season.

– Can we empty our chemical toilets at the site? Yes. We have a separate room for emptying and cleaning of chemical toilets.

– Can we empty greywater at the site? No, unfortunately. But there is a free site 2km from the camp where ist possible. Ask us and we will give you the directions.

– Do all the cabins have bathrooms and showers? All cabins except the 20sqm cabins have full bathrooms with shower.

– How far is it from the campsite to the city center? Approximately 2 km.

– Can we reserve a place for our caravan? We do not take reservations for future dates during the summer season, but give us a call on your day of arrival, and we can reserve one for you.
